At Barba Beardy, we are committed to providing high quality products and providing an excellent shopping experience to our customers. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may sometimes require a refund.

Therefore, below is our refund policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Return conditions: Your item must be unused and in its original packaging, sealed and in good condition.

If the product has been opened but not used, a partial refund may be given, provided the condition of the product is deemed acceptable by our team.

Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will then be credited back to your credit card or original payment method automatically within 15 days.

Please note that shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

If you receive a defective or damaged beard product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will ask you to provide us with photos of the defect or damage so that we can assess the problem. Depending on the item, you will be offered a replacement or refund.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only promotional items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. Please email us at barbabeardy@gmail.com.

In the event of an exchange, please note that the initial shipping costs are not refundable and therefore remain your responsibility.

Only products delivered in defective or damaged condition can be refunded.
